JOKER Robotics only uses the best materials and manufacturers. We give 6 months warranty on all our products, provided they have been handled appropriately by the customer. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from connecting third party parts or from any modifications (e.g. soldering) done to a part
All repairs and warranty claims will be dealt with by the respective distributor in the first instance.

Please check with your distributor first, before returning parts. In many cases there are simply software problems, which can be solved directly.
When shipping parts, please sure they are packed properly and include a full description of the problem. When shipping parts internationally, make sure to declare the shipment as "sample, no commercial value", otherwise you will be liable for customs charges. All international shipping costs have to be covered by the customer.
